Sugar Works Shark Bite Cinnamon Flavored Whiskey Brexit Bourbon and Cuvée wine casksWhiskey: Sugar Works Shark Bite Cinnamon Flavored 100% corn whiskey with fresh cinnamon, red pepper and raw local honey. Ground corn is combined with water and heated to an appropriate temperature where enzymes are added allowing the starches in the corn to convert to sugar. Once converted the mash is transferred to the fermenter, cooled, and yeast is added. The mash is fermented over the course of a few days and then distilled in a hybrid pot still.
