Fongoli Umbria "Biancofongoli" 2024 Normandy This cuvee makes up 70-90%Organic Natural No added sulfites. 85% Trebbiano Spoletino 15% Grechetto. Trebbiano macerated with the skins for two days; Grechetto sees no skin contact. The blend is a combination of free run and press juice. Open top fermentation with no temp. control. Aged in steel. This is a zero sulfur wine.
